Thanks to her career path in finance, controlling, business consultancy, and startup and SME mentoring, Petra has had the opportunity to collaborate on many interesting projects during her 24 years of professional experience. She was involved in the management of one of the leading financial companies in the Czech Republic, ČSOB Pojišťovna, a.s. Her collaboration within the B-1 management of ČSOB and KBC Group also covered group strategies for new product launches, process updates, IT projects, commercial and client strategies including pricing, commission systems, client upsells and cross-sells, and the implementation of new BI technologies. In 2018, Petra decided to make a major career change and ventured out on her own. As a business consultant, she works with startups, R&D projects in sustainable development, and SME support. Her expertise ranges from setting up financial management to business and investment strategies targeted at banks, foreign investors, and qualified investor funds. She also represents her clients when presenting projects and investment opportunities at international business forums (such as the United Arab Emirates) or during negotiations with potential investors.

In addition, he led a shared service center, worked in public administration as an advisor to the regional governor, and also has experience in the service sector. Petr has been working in the field of SME corporate finance and management for 20 years. He began his professional career at Raiffeisenbank, where he spent 10 years in managerial positions in sales and, to some extent, risk management. At another bank, he also held a managerial position in corporate finance.
His last long-term role was in a Czech investment group, where he focused on financing and managing the implementation of development projects. Subsequently, he was entrusted with the financial management of companies within the group. He has also undergone acquisition processes and cooperation with an intragroup FKI fund.

Lucie has over seven years of experience in finance, which she gained in various positions within financial management and investment. She began her professional career at the auditing firm KPMG, where she focused on financial institutions. Subsequently, she worked as a CFO at Smartsupp, a technology company providing SaaS solutions for online customer communication, where she was in charge of the complete financial agenda and strategic financial management. She gained further experience at the Avant investment company, where she held the position of portfolio manager.
Radek Jonáš

Radek professionally specializes in corporate finance management and increasing company value and performance. Throughout his career, he has served as a member of middle and top management in several medium-sized companies, where he was primarily responsible for development strategy and financial management. He currently manages the economics and finances of STORMWARE, the manufacturer of the popular accounting system POHODA. At the same time, he works as a strategic and financial management consultant, focusing particularly on strategy creation, establishing financial management systems, and leveraging corporate data and business intelligence systems for management. He is also interested in preparing economic and financial analyses and finding paths for future company development. Daniel is responsible for the company's business strategy, setting up sales processes, and developing sales staff. At the same time, he participates in key decisions regarding the direction and development of My Value Officer.

Martin is our Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the smooth running of the company, primarily concerning administration, recruitment, and client management. He gained experience at GE Aerospace, among others, where he managed projects in aircraft engine design. In addition to business, he is also dedicated to sports – he works as a hockey coach and manager of skating courses. He spends his free time mainly in the air, as he holds a pilot's license for various types of aircraft.

Simona is an experienced marketing professional with over 10 years of practice in leading marketing campaigns and strategic brand management. She is now in charge of our marketing from A to Z. In the past, she worked as an Account Director at the Fairy Tailors agency, where she focused on creating advertising strategies and providing premium services to clients. She has extensive experience in project management involving TV commercials, events, and brand strategy development. Simona is known for her empathy, proactive approach, and ability to effectively communicate and lead teams.

In recent years, she has specialized in identifying processes suitable for automation, particularly in finance departments, and managing the associated change to increase company efficiency and competitiveness. Denisa is not only an expert but also a great team player who supports the development of her colleagues and the application of their potential and talents in their professions. Zinaida has over 10 years of experience in M&A advisory and project management. Zinaida worked at the consulting firm Ernst & Young, where she participated in numerous M&A projects not only in the Czech Republic but also in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. She also worked at the international company CEMEX as an M&A Project Manager. Currently, as an independent consultant, she is involved in transactions such as company sales, acquisitions, and restructuring, collaborating with both investment funds and strategic investors. Zinaida graduated from the Prague University of Economics and Business and holds a CFA designation.
Libor Vašek
Head of Consolidation and IFRS services
Libor is an accounting expert with professional certification, a member of the Chamber of Certified Accountants, and its former chairman. He served as an examiner for financial accounting and reporting within the professional certification system and is currently a reviewer for the IFRS exam. He focuses on lecturing and consulting in the field of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the consolidation of financial statements. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of the Public Audit Oversight Board, a member of the Legislative Council for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises at AMSP CR, and represented the Chamber of Certified Accountants on the National Accounting Council. He is a co-author of the publications "International Financial Reporting Standards – Principles, Methodology, Interpretation", "IAS in Examples Part III", and the textbook "Accounting II" published by the Institute of the Union of Accountants. He is the author of numerous professional articles published in journals in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He is a member of the European Accounting Association (EAA). In 2004, he received an IFRS trainer certificate (as part of the Phare project). For over ten years, he has been helping small and large clients in all these mentioned areas.

Míša has more than 10 years of experience in accounting at both a Czech and international level for businesses of all sizes. She gained her experience both in the role of accounting outsourcing department manager in the consulting sphere (RSM CZ) and as a chief accountant for smaller businesses in the healthcare, gastronomy, services, and manufacturing sectors. She is therefore adept at both highly specialized roles and team leadership and process management.
